Please note the camping/lodging changes for this year and going forward.

Changes for 2023 on: Twin Grove has changed some of their policies regarding tent camping and roof mounted tents. No tents are allowed in the family lodge area or tent/vehicle camping in the field. Tent campers will have to book a site in advance with Twin Grove, and vehicle mounted roof top tents will have to book an RV site or a tent site. No tow behind campers or pickup campers allowed on tent sites or in the field.

All participating vehicles are required to have an FRS or GMRS radio.

Since CB radio is so incredibly pathetic and not everyone is familiar with ham radio, we are joining with the majority of 4WD clubs and formally moving away from CB. Both FRS and GMRS radios are acceptable and many brands are available.

Check-In and Vehicle Inspections

It is the driver’s responsibility to make sure the vehicle complies with the Trail Ride Safety and Equipment Checklist http://gclcli.com/safety-requirements/

Event check-in will take place at the Saturday evening dinner. Your registration bag will include whatever items you pre-paid for on your CMCC registration form. Additional meals and other items will be available for purchase on site.

Maps

AOAA does not provide paper maps. Please download the free MAPRIKA app on your phone or tablet. The official trail maps for both properties can be found by searching for “AOAA 2023”. Both Eastern and Western Reserve maps are available.
