So one of the results of the last storm to pass thru about a month ago was that a tree was dropped on my FJ Cruiser and my wife’s SUV parked next to it. They fixed her car, but sadly the FJ Cruiser (which appears in lots of pics on this site) was totaled. I will miss it, but it gets me moving forward to something a little more capable.

It was very good to me during the time that I had it (April 2006-August 2015 – 130K miles), and I dragged it over some stuff that a lot of people don’t like to do to their vehicles. It never let me down, and in fact, even though it was totaled, it was still drivable (although I needed a good bungee to keep the hood down).
